Get off your high horse and shut the fuck up.
Please and thank you.
Everything is sore.
In those two days I’ve probably burned more than 6,000 calories, done 250+ push ups, and excreted at least 1.5 cups of sweat. Oh, let’s not forget the dreaded squats, jumping jacks, and power lunges that were repeatedly performed. It may sound like I’m complaining — I’m not. I loved it. Do I want to do it again? Not really haha.
Time to sleep and recover!
BodyAttack training in two and a half weeks. Pre-training begins quickly after I write my last exam tomorrow.
Also, GoodLife’s anniversary party is tonight and I’m releasing BodyJam (again) along with a couple of fellow instructors - Mambos and Moombahton!
My theme song when writing my final exams.
When You Believe - Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston
December of 2010 (I believe), I was called to be an extra for this TV show on HBO called “Less than Kind”. Anyways, a year and a half later it airs and I guess who I barely found?

Believe it or not, I’m the dude in the grey sweater. I showed my mom and sister and they couldn’t stop laughing. Hahah. I don’t blame them, I was literally on film for a second.

This honestly made my night, haha.
I received another extra gig last year for a movie that’s apparently set to release sometime this year. I’ll make sure to look out for that one.
When we were filming it, the movie was titled “The Class Project”, but it looks like they’re renaming into “Perfect Sisters”. It stars Abigial Breslin, known for Little Miss Sunshine, Zombieland, and My Sister’s Keeper.
I’ve been subbing a lot: fifteen classes (at least) I’ve taught for the past three weeks. I can’t believe I’m still alive haha. My hats off to the instructors who do this on a regular basis, sometimes even teaching doubles!
Hands down, Zumba is dominating, especially with the new club. The members absolutely love their Zumba.
Speaking of which… I finally have the new ZIN along with BodyJam 60. This is pretty much the worse time to learn any new choreography. The semester is almost over meaning exams and paper deadlines are quickly approaching.
Time to push through.
I hope to be BodyAttack certified by the end of this year. I’m so excited, I love this program. It kicks my ass. I need to be more serious with adding muscle or else those upper and lower body conditioning tracks will be impossible to do, let alone teach.
The aerobics part, I think I can handle - thanks thunder thighs and calves.

And I purchased it for myself.
